anyway,work was shitty today! i jus cant seem to stand SH CUSTOMERS!! like wth! are they stupid till their brains grow grass or wad? ARG! there is this customer who called in cause she cant call out 1900 services.she was DAMN FREAKING RUDE!its not like i was rude or wad tt why she scream on the phone.the moment i picked up the call, she was shouting at me!

"WHY I CANNOT CALL 1900 no!???? '
me being patient asked nicely: " can i have ur hp mo?"
she: "I CANT REMB MY NUMBER LA!"
me: without verification,i'm afraid i cannot see the record ( thou she call in wif the no but its to protect customer's privacy that we need VERIFICATION!)
she: "CAN U ASK ME SOME OTHER QUES OR NOT!! i DUN REMB MY NO LA!" (can u believe how stupid a person can be till she cannot remb her own freaking no!!gosh...)
me: "ok den,can i have ur name n nric?"
she: "blah blah blah..( say it in a super freaking fast tone unless got super hearing skills den can hear)
me: out of goodwill went to ask my tl if can activate the 1900service for her despite her not having her hp no.went back to tell her will activate it for her within 1hr which is the service requirement! its also not really the full 1hr that we need.jus that the system needs time to kick in.
she: YOU SLD TELL ME IS 1hr!!! DUN nEED TO WASTE MY TIME ON THE PHONE!
end the call with tis 2 freaking words! STUPID GIRL! ( u wad?1sec u how much? )
